Social HubSite Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Social HubSite online community platform and community management services (the “Service”) operated by Phase 2 Solutions, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Your Service Period will begin on the first day of the following month from when you sign up using the form on https://socialhubsite.com/signup. The Service fee, as indicated on the Social HubSite registration form, will be billed immediately and is due within a 30 day period from the time of registration. If Service fee is not paid within 30 days, we reserve the right to deactivate the Service until payment is rendered.
Service Renewals will take place annually from the first day of your Service Period. An invoice for the Service will be sent at least 30 days prior to the Service Renewal date. The invoice will be due on the Service Renewal date. If the invoice is not paid by the Service Renewal date, we reserve the right to deactivate your account until due invoice is paid. If due invoice is not paid 30 days after the Service Renewal date, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
A Service cancellation request may be made by contacting us at https://socialhubsite.com/contact. We will confirm your cancellation at that time. Any outstanding invoices will be due at the time of cancellation.
CORE SYSTEM FEATURES
All Core System Features (core features) are included with your Social HubSite Platform Subscription “as-is”. Core System Features can be viewed by visiting https://socialhubsite.com/#features. We reserve the right to make feature changes, enhancements or remove certain features at any time. Features outside of the Core System Features, as indicated on the website, may be purchased separately through our Value Added Service offerings.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
We offer Value Added Services to extend the functionality of the Service. The Value Added Services may be purchased by visiting https://socialhubsite.com/services. Purchase of these additional services does not constitute a transfer of owner of software or copyrights. Value Added Services will be made available only for the time that the Service is active during a Service Period.
ADDITIONAL SOCIAL HUBSITE’S
Additional Social HubSite’s may be created from your account dashboard located at https://socialhubsite.com/dashboard. Upon creation of the new Social HubSite, we will send an invoice for the Service Period fee as indicated on the Social HubSite registration form. Invoices for additional Social HubSite’s must be paid no later than 30 days from the start of the Service Period which is the first day following the date the new Social HubSite was created.
Storage limit exceeded: When the amount of storage, as indicated in from the administrative dashboard of your Social HubSite exceeds 100GB, a fee of $240 per year for an additional 10GB of storage will apply.
We do not offer refunds for the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to indemnify us from any associated loss of data, accidental deletions or any other form of intellectual property. It is your responsibility to make sure that information and data entering the Service is properly entered, modified and deleted if necessary.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Phase 2 Solutions, LLC.
Phase 2 Solutions, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Phase 2 Solutions, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please submit a cancellation request through the contact page of our website.
