Social HubSite Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Social HubSite member collaboration platform (the “Service”) operated by Higher Information Group (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service and we reserve the right to terminate the Service.
SERVICE PERIOD AND FEE
The Service fee, as indicated on the Social HubSite registration or upgrade forms available on the Social HubSite website, will be billed immediately upon submission of either form. This will indicate the beginning of your Service period. Your payment method will be run at the chosen payment frequency you choose from either registration or upgrade form.
If your payment method on file fails to run for an upcoming billing period, you will have a grace period of 14 days to update your information. Any questions regarding your payment method on file can sent via the form from https://socialhubsite.com/contact.
A Service cancellation request may be made by contacting us at https://socialhubsite.com/contact or by clicking on “Manage Plan” from the dashboard page (https://socialhubsite.com/dashboard) on the Social HubSite website. We will confirm your cancellation at that time. Any outstanding payments will be due at that time.
CORE SYSTEM FEATURES
All features are provided in the Service “as-is”. Features can be viewed by visiting https://socialhubsite.com/launch. We reserve the right to make feature changes, enhancements or remove certain features at any time.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. At any time during the first 30 days of a Service period, you may contact us to request a refund via the contact page of the Social HubSite website (https://socialhubsite.com/contact) or through the support messaging tool built into your Social HubSite. No refunds will be offered after a Service period exceeds 30 days.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to indemnify us from any associated loss of data, accidental deletions of intellectual property and any outside activities that result from any part of the Service. It is your responsibility to make sure that information and data entering the Service is properly entered, modified and deleted if necessary.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Higher Information Group.
Higher Information Group has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Higher Information Group shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
